The member organization will also receive a full written report and recommended corrective actions for any identified issues. In addition, a complimentary follow-up phone conference is provided to discuss the report and clarify any issues or questions the member may have.
The mock survey length and number of consultants varies depending on the size of the member organization, its scope of services, and the number of accredited components. For a medium-sized facility with a single accreditation program, the survey can usually be completed by a single consultant over a three (3) to four (4) day period.
The cost of silver level membership is the bronze level enrollment fee plus the cost of the mock survey. The mock survey cost will depend on the number of consultants and number of days spent on site, plus reimbursement for usual and customary travel expenses. Silver level members are entitled to a 20% reduction in our standard consulting fee!
