MAC Members
Organizations that are part of CIHQ’ Maintaining Accreditation Compliance (MAC) Program are automatically registered for one complimentary line. Additional lines will be billed directly at $75 per line.
Outside Organizations
Outside organizations are invited to participate in our audio conferences. Please note the following:
- The audio conference fee is $175 per line.
- Full payment must be received prior to the conference date. There are no refunds.
- Call in information and conference materials will be emailed approximately 3 – 5 days prior to the conference date.
- You can also purchase a copy of the audio conference and materials for later use.

Rick is the Principal Consultant for CIHQ, Rick is nationally recognized as an expert
on Joint Commission standards and the survey process. Rick is the host and primary speaker for CIHQ' monthly audio conferences.
With over 20 years of experience, he has held both clinical and executive management
level positions in Quality, Risk, Education, Infection Control, and Regulatory Compliance.
Rick is nationally certified in healthcare accreditation, and serves as Chair of the Board of Examiners for the Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program.
Rick received his Nursing Degree from the University of Hawaii and has a Master of Science Degree in Health Services Administration. |

- Why a hospital should choose their deemed-status program
