Welcome Reception
Join us for our popular welcome reception on June 6, 2012 from 5PM – 7:30PM. Enjoy a variety of wonderful appetizers and a hosted bar. Network with colleagues, get caught up with old friends, and visit with our vendor exhibitors. It's the perfect way to end the day!
We've got a special treat planned for this year. Join the cast of the "Gourmet Detective" as you participate in our very own murder mystery theater. Can you solve the crime? Have great laughs and great fun!
Storyboard Display
Does your organization have a success story that you would like to share? Here's your chance to brag a little bit and help others improve as well. CIHQ is encouraging member organizations to submit storyboards for this year's summit. The storyboards will be prominently displayed in the exhibit area and will be viewed by participants during the welcome reception, meals, and breaks. |

Storyboard topics need to relate to accreditation, quality, or patient safety issues in acute care hospital settings. We're looking for success stories in such areas as:
- Core measures
- Survey preparation
- Compliance to National Patient Safety Goals
- Specific improvements in quality or patient safety initiatives
- Compliance to a specific CMS regulation or accreditation standard
